Promise Phelon’s career spans a wide variety of leadership, mentorship, and change-agent roles. Today she leads Growth Warrior Capital, a natural evolution from c-suite operator to investor. Prior to founding GWC, as CEO of TapInfluence, Promise created a profitable exit for the social media software company, and previously scaled revenue exponentially at two other SaaS companies. She is no stranger to the fundraising process, having raised over $100 million in her days on the other side of the table.

Promise has been recognized as Exec of the Year, a Silicon Valley Woman of Influence, and Top Female Executive by Business Insider, among other distinctions. She has contributed to Forbes, Inc, The New York Times, TechCrunch, WSJ and other publications in addition to delivering keynote addresses at numerous conferences. Promise authored "The Way of the Growth Warrior,” a guide for entrepreneurs looking to thrive and exploit opportunity in uncertain times, just in time for the current startup and venture landscape.
